Welcome to NEUROTEC! Researchers from FZ Jülich, RWTH Aachen University, and AMO GmbH collaborate with regional companies to develop new materials and electronic components for more energy-efficient AI. The functionality of the brain inspires us to create neuromorphic algorithms and architectures for innovative AI chips.
Working Packages and Cooperation Projects
NEUROTEC-II is structured into six major work packages, four cooperation projects with regional companies, and a demonstrator project. Ultimately, the goal is to create chips with neuromorphic AI functions such as computation-in-memory or neural networks in hardware.
