NEUROTEC at the Parliamentary Breakfast "Structural Change" in Düsseldorf

Following a presentation by the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Forschungszentrum Jülich, Prof. Dr. Astrid Lambrecht, the NEUROTEC project was one of the focal points of structural change policy in NRW at the parliamentary breakfast in the state parliament in Düsseldorf. Prof. Dr. Regina Dittmann (PGI-7), Dr. Alexander Gutsche (PGI-10) and Dr. Alexander Krüger (PGI-SO) were at the table to answer questions from representatives of all parties and the government. Expectations of the Forschungszentrum's long-term commitment were mixed with curiosity as to what the bright head at the table was all about. "We met with great interest in neuromorphic computing and are definitely on the wish list for the Science Committee's next visit to the FZJ," summarizes Prof. Dittmann, "We look forward to the visit and further exchange!"
