64-Point Radix-4 fast Fourier transform (FFT) Implementation in an 8 × 4 1T1R RRAM Array

At the 2026 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS), held in Shanghai, China, from May 24 to 27, 2026, Siyuan Jia, Rainer Waser, Stefan Wiefels, and Stephan Menzel presented the conference paper "64-Point Radix-4 fast Fourier transform (FFT) Implementation in an 8 × 4 1T1R RRAM Array".

In this study, the research team simulated a denoising process of an artificially generated noisy signal using the fast Fourier transform algorithm on the NT1 chip.
