Novel M-CNN design fostering gradual switching of InGaZnO(IGZO)-based memristive devices
At the 2026 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS), held in Shanghai, China, from May 24 to 27, 2026, Peijia Yuan, Kristoffer Schnieders, Yongmin Wang, Vasilis Ntinas, Maria Elias Pereira, Vikas Rana, Alon Ascoli, Ronald Tetzlaff, Regina Dittmann and Stephan Menzel presented the conference paper "Novel M-CNN design fostering gradual switching of InGaZnO(IGZO)-based memristive devices".

In this study, the research team developed a simulation framework linking measured I-V characteristics of gradual-switching IGZO-based memristive devices to M-CellNN operation and proposed a symmetrized cell design that compensates for device asymmetry and improves operational stability.
